LEAGUE
CITY — League City’s rapid growth has come with some growing
pains.
The
city — Galveston’s County’s largest with a population of more
than 83,000 — is close to running out of water, and traffic is a
headache on some of the main roads.
The
cost of dealing with those issues is leading some council members to
wonder whether growth can be slowed or, at least, controlled.
